I am fascinated with Andy Cohen. The more I learn about him, the more I realize he's a genius. This NY Times article on him is a long read, but well worth the time.

I've read a few self-care articles lately and these are my favorites:

Cheryl Strayed's field notes from the Women's March on Washington.

Solange by Beyonce.

To get through the election, I binge-watched every season of RuPaul's Drag Race on Hulu. Now I'm escaping my feelings with Crazy Ex Girlfriend on Netflix. If you've never seen it, here's a taste (NSFW).

The day of the inauguration, I listened to the entire podcast series, Making Oprah. It helped. It also reminded me that every thought I've ever had, Oprah had 30 years ago. When I finished the podcast, I watched this surprise Oprah flash mob and cried.
